Caring For Your Relative with I/DD & Taking Care of Yourself -

A workshop for parents, siblings and other family members who are caregivers for adults with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities

When: Sunday, November 10, 2013, 10 am - 3 pm

What:
• Hear from experts in Legal, Medical, Financial, Housing and Work/Vocational Training
• Share your stories with other parents and siblings
• Be inspired and learn relaxation techniques
• Resource Fair with local service providers and other services

Be inspired by actress Lee Garlington, as she shares about her experiences taking care of her sister with Down syndrome.

And a very special performance from "Soulshocka" rapper, Rio Wyles!
